There are men that are unhappy with the length and size of their penis. This is why they seek reliable methods of increasing their dimensions. Among the greatest risks with wearing a Jes Extender would be the potential to cut off the flow of blood to the penis. This is an enormous risk and can lead to severe medical problems. Improper wearing of the device can call all manner of serious adverse reactions.
Also, it is possible to suffer erectile dysfunction issues when a man wears the device too often without rest. Such risks have to be understood and weighed prior to using a Jes Extender since you want the device to work in a safe and effective manner.
Those that do put the proper effort into wearing the device may see a 1 to 2 inch increase over time. Once again, results are possible if the right effort is put into the process. Those willing to do so can feel confident an increase in size may be likely.
